Gavin D’Souza

Bachelor of Science, Diploma in Physiotherapy, Diploma of Manipulative Therapy, Post-Graduate Certificate in Health Science.

Gavin’s post-graduate qualifications and his 30+ years of experience, ensures you will have your problem treated expertly and thoroughly. Outside work Gavin enjoys being involved in his children’s sport, keeping fit and cooking.

Kirsty Mourits

Masters in Health Practice with Distinction (Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy); BHSc (Physiotherapy)

Kirsty completed her physiotherapy training at the end of 2006 and currently works in the private practice setting two days per week. Kirsty completed her Masters in 2011 and has an interest in sports physiotherapy rehabilitation and massage. In her spare time, Kirsty plays netball and is otherwise kept busy with her young family.

Kate Hutchings

Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy)

Kate graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2023. Originally from Morrinsville, Kate is excited to be back and working in her home town.

Outside of work, Kate is a passionate sportswoman and is always involved in a variety of sports. Kate has a keen interest in women’s health/pelvic physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation and working with young athletes.

Kate believes in tailoring treatment plans that are evidence-based and focused on achieving an individuals goals during rehabilitation, and working closely with patients to achieve this.

She is excited to continue developing her physiotherapy skills in both a private practice and sports setting.

Erica Hipkins

Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy)

Erica graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2023.

Erica is originally from Auckland but is currently residing in Cambridge. She is excited to start her private practice physiotherapy journey in Morrinsville.

Outside of work, Erica is a keen road cyclist, and is what she spends most of her time off doing. She also enjoys tramping.

Erica is passionate about patient-centered physiotherapy and working alongside patient’s to personalise their treatment and optimise their rehabilitation. Erica has a particular interest in post-surgical rehabilitation.

She is excited to continue developing her physiotherapy skills in both a private practice and sports setting.

Tracy Old

Tracy has been working as a receptionist at the Morrinsville Physio Clinic since 2005. Tracy has been involved in the local theatre for many years and also works with a volunteer motorsport safety team.

Leanne McGregor

Leanne has lived in Morrinsville most of her life and has worked at the Morrinsville Physio Clinic part time for three years. In her spare time, Leanne enjoys playing golf and spending time at the beach or with family.

Sandy Smith

Sandy has been working part time at the Morrinsville Physio Clinic for the past six years. Sandy and her husband are also dairy farmers and have been in the Morrinsville district for 21 years. Outside of work Sandy enjoys, tramping, cycling and spending time with friends and family.
